

The Greenleaf Billiards Company (GLB) warrants to the original purchaser that if there are any
defects in materials or workmanship during the lifetime of the original owner. GLB, at its sole
discretion will repair or replace the defective part or parts at no charge to the owner.
Pockets, rail cushions, and cloth are not included in the warranty.
In the event of a defect in materials or workmanship during the lifetime of the original owner,
notification of the defect should be made through an authorized dealer whom the product
was purchased. All warranty claims must be made through an authorized GLB dealer or agent.
Defective parts should be returned to GLB, freight prepaid. GLB will inspect all the parts. If they
are determined to be defective they will be repaired or replaced and returned, prepaid, by
conventional serface freight. Shipping costs are the responsibilty of the owner for any claims
made more than one year of the original purchase. Replacing or repairing defective parts shall
constitute complete fulfillment of all obligations with respect to the product. The lifetime
warranty does not require the replacement of the entire table. GLB guarantees all supplied
slate to be machined flat to within plus or minus .01" over the playing surface. Provided the
slate is properly installed, shimmed and maintained, the slate is guaranteed to stay flat. GLB
reserves the right to repair minor faults which are inherent in the slate. Defects judged by GLB
to be the result of normal wear and tear, accidental damage, alteration, misuse, abuse,
neglect, or natural calamity are not covered under this warranty. This warranty is not
transferable by the original owner. The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties,
express or limited. GLB neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume from GLB any other
obligation or liability in connection with said billiard table.
