WEEK 1
Order preparation, crating and departure!
Orders are triple-checked for accuracy before being crated and shrink-wrapped. There are 4 components to each order: The table, the slate, the felt and the accessories. We have spent countless hours perfecting our crating methods to ensure that your pool table arrives without damage. The pool table is then picked up by the freight company, they issue us tracking numbers and we send you an email with this information.
(Note: For some orders we ship the felt and/or accessory kit separately.)
WEEK 1-2
Transit & Delivery We express ship our pool tables so once the tracking number is issued, the pool table should arrive at the local terminal approx. 2-5 business days later. You will receive a phone call from the shipping company to set a delivery appointment. If you have chosen to upgrade to a "White Glove Delivery" , we are not simply dropping it off at your doorstep. We will be bringing the 1000 lb pool table into your house. We will then uncrate & unpack it and remove of all packing materials. Please ensure your game room is clear of debris before the delivery team gets there.
WEEK 2-3
Installation After delivery of your pool table has been completed, we will contact AmeriRec and request that your installer be assigned. Most customers receive their installer's contact information within 24 hours. At that time, you may contact the installer to set an installation appointment.
